Abstract painting of Zeus I like the different colors that's I worked with (green,blue,violet,orange,black,and white) a lot of curves to do the hair i see it as a bronze statue that went green from the waterthe green zeus this painting it's one of my favorite paintings this was my first painting in a while as I had not painted for more than a week in high school I love this painting because I feel like I was able to Express lot of the details with big brush strokes as ms.English said I feel like this painting feels like it has a lot of space because of the warm colors in the front and the colder colors on the back. I do feel like I could have put more detail on this painting but then it would have taken out much of the abstract of the painting I used to greens blues and whites because they're very calming to me. originally the painting was going to be bronze with green as too assimilate a bronze statue that had rusted overtimeThursday, February 5, 2015
